CogNative for Teams

Your team may be producing more with AI. But are they becoming stronger?

CogNative gives each person on your team a private way to see and develop how they work with AI, and gives you a written read on the team's patterns.

Your team ships more. You're less sure what they're learning.

  • The first draft now arrives in minutes, and the review lands on you.

  • Fewer people bring you the hard question; more of them ask AI first.

  • Your newer people skip the struggle that used to teach them the job.

Most tools can tell you how much your team uses AI. Very few can tell you what it's doing to how they think and decide.

Two things, kept apart on purpose.

The CogNative Today page: a short exercise, the rhythm of what's coming up, and the day's Reflection Nudge, Recharge boost and Perspective

For each person

Their own private CogNative account, with everything in our paid plan:

  • A complete assessment of how they work with AI, taken again every 60 days
  • One priority, with a practice they use inside their own AI tool
  • A check-in at 30 days, read and answered by our team
  • A short daily exercise, a research finding each working day and a weekly article on the future of work
  • Their results stay theirs, including after your contract ends
A radar chart across the eight areas of working with AI, above the list of areas with their status and score

For you

A written report on how your team works with AI, sent to you regularly. Each report shows:

  • Where the team is strong and where it is exposed, across eight areas of working with AI
  • How people spread across each area, beyond a single average
  • The habits several people share, such as how carefully AI's work gets checked, or whether hard questions still go to colleagues
  • How your groups compare, if you have more than one
  • What has changed since the last report, with practical guidance for each group's leader

Every report is written by our team, from the evidence. Nothing in it is generated automatically.

You see the pattern, never the person.

No one in your organisation sees an individual's results: no score, no profile, no answer. Reports describe groups. This is also what makes the report useful, because your people needs to feel safe to answer honestly about their AI habits.

  • Reports, not access

Your organisation receives written reports. It has no login and no view of anyone's account.

  • Each person owns their account

Their results and history are theirs, during the contract and after it.

  • Stored in the EU

Accounts and results are held in the EU.

How CogNative for Teams runs

  1. 01. Agree the scope

We talk through your teams, how many people will take part and for how long. You're invoiced directly; there's nothing to install.

  2. 02. Invite your people

You send us a list of work emails and the team each person belongs to. Everyone gets their own invitation and starts with full access straight away.

  3. 03. Your first report

Once people have taken the assessment, you receive a written report on where each team stands, with practical guidance for each team's leader.

  4. 04. Regular reports

New reports follow for as long as your contract runs, each showing what has changed since the last one and what each team could focus on next.

People joining or leaving? Tell us and we update the list; anyone who leaves keeps their own results. When the contract ends, everyone keeps their account and can carry on with free CogNative Lite.

Questions leaders ask

A person looking at wooden shapes arranged inside a blue frame

No. Not their scores, not their profiles, not their answers. Reports describe groups only, and each person's results belong to them. If they feel the need, they can bring it to you on their 1:1s.
